What is included in the home gym system?

The set includes an anti-burst fitness ball, stability ring, foot pump, resistance bands, a tape measure, and an exercise wall chart.

How much weight can the exercise ball hold?

The heavy-duty exercise ball can bear loads of up to 750 lbs.

Is this gym system suitable for beginners?

Yes! It is perfect for all fitness levels and includes a wall chart with exercises to get you started.

I live in a Caravan and have no storage, is it easy enough to inflate and deflate everyday or will it damage the ball?

It can be done but not easy. If you did that daily you probably wouldn’t need to use the ball for exercise!

Can you remove the ball from the base?

You can most definitely remove the ball from the base. They are both independent of each other and it is only your weight that compressed the ball down into the base, which also ensures that when the attached resistance bands are in use, they also stay secured to the base. You can use just the ball on its own if you wanted to.

Is it BPA and phthalates free?

Our Gym Series ball is BPA and phthalates free.

I am 5ft 9 - 5 ft 10, what size do you recommend as desk chair substitute?

We would definitely recommend the 65cm ball. This will be perfect for your height and will also sit underneath your desk nicely with room for your legs. Also, although it is a '65cm' ball, these are super strong, so you can add or remove a little air either side of 65cm when measuring it up. The main thing is to find the optimum seating position - which is having your feet flat on the floor, and a right angle through your knees and your hips so your thighs should be horizontal. Lastly, if you are making the change from a static chair to an exercise ball to strengthen your core, we suggest doing this gradually, so maybe start out with 2-3 hours on the ball then jump back on the chair for a few hours.
