رأي أخصائي التغذية
Lugol's Iodine Solution 12% is a concentrated source of iodine, which plays a crucial role in thyroid function and overall metabolic health. Many nutritionists recognize it as a potential supplement for those with iodine deficiency, particularly in areas where iodized salt consumption is low. However, its high concentration means users must be cautious with dosing, as excessive iodine can lead to thyroid dysfunction. Moreover, its alcohol base may not be suitable for all dietary needs, especially for individuals with certain sensitivities. While it can assist in promoting healthy hormone levels and immune function, it's essential for consumers to consult with healthcare professionals before adding it to their regimen. This product offers benefits, but potential drawbacks must be considered, especially for those with pre-existing health conditions.
