The fourth story of our country's well-known humor artist Behiç Ak's Smiling Stories series, in which all children enjoy reading Alaaddin's books such as The Man Who Even Repairs the Sun, Chatty Water Pipes, Cats Disappearing Season, takes place in Istanbul, on the Bosphorus. The artist wrote one of today's discussed problems with a striking narrative. Ak, who constructs the effects of concreting on people with a strong observation in the city, which has changed and become a metropolis in the name of development, explains the relationship between humans and the environment they live in in a clear style, with smiling patterns. Like the multi-award-winning artist's other books, this book is enjoyed by adults as well as children.Subject Fırat, who lived in a Boğaziçi neighborhood with his brother Emre and his mother, an extraordinary storyteller, would take his beloved little Bosphorus ferry, cross the street and sell balloons during his holidays. Ms. Meliha, who lived in a hundred-year-old wooden mansion in the neighborhood, often invited her neighbors to her house and laughed and sang together. But when Meliha Hanım had to move from the mansion one day, the neighborhood began to change and lose its beauties one by one.
