إجابه: I Don't have one of these, but as a Saddle Maker and a horse back packer I have made essentially this same thing to safely carry an axe on my pack horse. To anchor the sheath to the pack saddle yet allow the axe to be quickly and easily available I simply make two parallel cuts a few inches apart and on the same plane as the handle on the backside of the sheath so that I can insert a rope or strap to hold it onto the pack while tucking the long handle of the axe under the lashing rope that's used to lash down the manty, (the outer canvas cover) to keep it from flopping around. When I need the axe it's a simple matter to open the snaps of the sheath and pull the axe out leaving the sheath on the pack and to put it back on just slide it back in being sure to tuck the handle under some rope again.Hope this helps. -
