ALITOVE Seasonal Lighting Editorial Review
The ALITOVE WiFi LED Controller is easy to install, works well with supported devices and allows users to control almost 750 lights with a wide variety of modes including red and white candy cane effects which are ideal for holidays. However, the app is clunky, not very customizable, and mostly contains repetitive and uninteresting preset modes that could be better with more control to allow for more creative and fun use. Some customers had difficulty getting the device connected to the WiFi network or had issues with Bluetooth connectivity. Also, it is not recommended to mix different IC LED types for use with this controller. The app on the ALITOVE WiFi LED Controller is easy to set up, allowing control over different types of LED strings, and has an option to rename each controller which is helpful to differentiate between multiple controllers being used. The device is not suitable for mobile applications as it cannot be controlled via an app in AP mode. Additionally, individual pixel control is not possible, and this product is not as customizable as some users would prefer, although it is an inexpensive solution for controlling LEDs.
