- The Vortex Optics Precision Diving Board Picatinny Mount for Vortex Precision Matched Rings was designed to replace the top half of the scope ring. The diving board mount then provides a standard picatinny mounting surface that can be used to a backup red dot sight, or the Vortex Impact rail mounted laser rangefinder. Having a laser rangefinder mounted directly above the scope gives you instant feedback for dialing in adjustments without having to come off the gun.
