Instructions were not clear in English and the walls were not as thick as expected. The safe is easy to use, comes with a battery backup, and has a good price point. One customer had an issue with the rubber gasket around the main knob coming out on the first few uses. Another customer suggested adding holes in the bottom for floor mount when wall mount is not possible.
