This versatile plant can be attached to the background or hardscape in a naturalistic vivarium or planted in well-draining substrate. For best results, we recommend planting it in the back area of your vivarium or on the background. Moderate water needs make the Neoregelia Superball easy to care for. However, it's important to avoid letting water stand on its leaves.

Be sure to flush the water in the cup of the bromeliad at least once a week. Under intense light, the Neoregelia Superball will display even brighter colors, adding a vibrant touch to any vivarium. As a slow grower, the Neoregelia Superball forms clumps consisting of the mother plant surrounded by younger plants called pups.
