uch runnier in Consistency. I combed it through and left it on for 5 minutes, then rinsed it really well. Overall, I highly recommend this product. I understand that each person's hair is different - and I also know that some of the bad reviews might have been due to user error. If you follow the instructions you should not have any problems. Just make sure to get your hair really straight during the flat iron step. It will take a while, but it's worth it. My hair looks so much healthier now - my curls/waves still come through when I let my hair dry naturally, but it's not frizzy, and doesn't need to be straightened with a flat iron. Plus, my hair is so shiny - I love it!
