Users can remap buttons and use mods, allowing for a customized gaming experience and better control while jumping and shooting without needing to move thumbs off the knobs. However, the product is not wireless and requires some time to get used to the new play style. Instructions are also necessary for first-time users. Some users have complained of issues with connectivity and the product being hard to handle. Warranty only covers 90 days, and after that point, connectivity issues can occur and the controller will disconnect and require reconnection multiple times per hour.
