I bought three and 2 of them are unresponsive. They won't pair with the Hue Hub, can't reset with a dimmer switch. I'm using iOS. I have a HomePod & ATV.
Answer: Surprised by this as all my Hue bulbs (and I have lots of them lol) paired very easily using the iOS app, although I always pair using the serial number on the bulb rather than searching which seems less reliable. Hopefully you can get it sorted as they are really good! -

Can you change the tone from Warm to cool tone? Changing to frosty morning just dims the light but the temperature stays the same.
Answer: No - this one is just the warm (white) light not the color-changing one so you can only dim and brighten this one!
