    Answer: This model can only hold 4 cameras mostly at the moment. But the model with 16 cameras will comming soon.
  • Question: Instructions did not come with the camera system. What is the admin password?

    Answer: Default Username: admin, Default Password: none(leave it empty, click OK to login). For the instructions, pls contact us via [email protected], they will send the it to you.
  • Question: Can this system work without a monitor?

    Answer: As a stand-alone security camera system is has Linux OS so it’s better to use it with a monitor or a TV. Well, if you don’t want to use it with a monitor, you can take the monitor/TV away after the setup. It will record and stream regardless if there is a monitor or not.
  • Question: Que tipo de cable es compatible con estas cámaras, ya que compré 4 camaras extras pero no traen cable. Que cables me recomiendan?

    Answer: Puede utilizar el cable Ethernet RJ45 común para conectar la cámara en el NVR, que es el mismo que el cable Ethernet en su sistema existente.
  • Question: Does these cameras require a hard drive? Or is it optional?

    Answer: This camera system works without a hard drive. It will let you view on screen and on mobiles. But without a hard drive, it does not record videos so you cannot playback videos. The hard drive is optional but we do suggest you to add a hard drive to use its full capacity.
  • Question: Does it record audio as well?

    Answer: Yes, this records the audio with the video. When you play back the video you also hear the audio. This is also true for motion detected events.
