It fits a 6lb duck, for example, and has a tray underneath to catch drippings. The appliance is easy to use, and the clear window is handy in keeping an eye on food. Cleaning the appliance is also easy, except for the silver handle on the rack, which needs careful cleaning. Despite these conveniences and benefits, the small guide tabs that guide the tray into the main unit seem to be fragile and may require extra care. The user interface for setting the temperature also needs improvement as it seems to jump 10 degrees suddenly when users try to change the temperature.
